Most AI health apps read your data and guess. Meld runs actual statistical tests.
Meld collects sleep, food, workouts, HR, HRV, and recovery from every source you connect. After 30 days it has enough signal to start looking for patterns.
Protein vs deep sleep. Workout intensity vs next-day HRV. Dinner timing vs sleep onset. Meld tests correlations across every domain, not just the obvious ones.
With dozens of metric pairs, some will look correlated by chance. Meld applies false-discovery correction so you only see patterns that hold up statistically, not lucky noise.
If a pattern survives statistical testing, Meld checks it against published studies. You see the finding AND the paper behind it. Not a hunch. Not a hallucination.
413 automated tests verify this pipeline before every release. The coach only tells you what the numbers actually show.

Why I'm building this
Last year, I was screenshotting six health apps into ChatGPT every morning to get advice. It worked — better than any single app. But the friction was ridiculous.
